You have to sharpen your vision when spinning a PokéStop disc. It will be invisible, but to a careful eye the red streak on the Pokémon’s body will be visible. That’s all! At this point it is sufficient to turn the disc and exit the Pokéstop screen, to find Kecleon on the game map.
This Pokémon seems to be uncommon to encounter. Once done, however, it should be possible to find it at the same PokéStop again after some time. In short, patience and a pinch of luck are necessary, and the minimum memory necessary to remember where the meetings took place.
Can you still meet Kecleon?
An important note to make is that, currently, it is no longer possible to meet Kecleon. Following the post-Community Day release of Chespin and a few hours of availability, the Pokémon was temporarily removed from the game.
