Welcome back to the fourth to last guide at slopes and ai tracked Of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: the twenty-first episode is all about the Feather Trophy, and there are only three left. For the Cherry Trophy you will only have to wait forty-eight hours, while the last eight circuits will keep us in suspense until the end of the year (or until autumn, if that’s the luxury of it). Anyway, today we’re going to talk about four different dal zones Pass Additional Routes. We will depart from Greece with Athens Heights Tour, then go on a cruise with GCN Nave di Daisy. We will return to the ground with Wii Autostrada Lunare and conclude with the unpublished Rush to the bathroom. Warm up your engines!
Athens Heights Tour | Drive the tracks and tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
It will take time to know if Roma Romantica will appear in the last two cups, but for now the most Mediterranean of the slopes of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe it is also the first of the tracks that we will see in the guide to the Piuma Trophy. - Layouts: In the first lap, the straight between the columns anticipates the left-hand bend. Keep left on the drop down so you land on the colonnade after the ramp. Tighten the left turn and use every pillar on the ground to do tricks. At the roundabout, turn left up the steps up the ramp. You will find yourself turning right onto the parabolic dish of the Theater of Dionysus. After the ramp, you will have to turn left again: a blue ramp will send you gliding upwards, until the last, long curve to the left (with a ramp on the side for tricks). Second round! You will descend three ramps before the curve to the right. Take the roundabout turning right before turning left, and then right again. The sandy climb will lead you to a right turn. The stairway is a sloping straight, with the possibility of using the shortcut in the center if you have tools (as with Tour Promenade of Paris and Covo Ninja). The straight between the columns will take you back to the finish line. The third lap reopens by turning left up to the planing ramp. The banked left has a ramp for tricks, and then continues with a climb and a right hander. At this point a zigzag between the boulders awaits you alternating left, right and left turns. Use the turbo pads if there are no boulders nearby. The climb takes you back to the same stairway as before.
- Assessment: Has the passion of the writer’s partner for Greece taken root? Sappy dedications aside, Athens Heights (in all its forms) was one of the most phenomenal tracks in Mario Kart Tour and it is a pleasure to see the Hellenic capital shine in HD. We are already salivating at the idea of seeing Roma Romantica again in this capacity. 8.5/10.
GCN Daisy’s Ship | Drive the tracks and tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
It’s not the first track from the past to appear in the seventh episode on 3DS before returning to Switch (Waluigi’s Cocco Outlet and Flipper, we’re looking at you) but, in a bizarre case of redundancy, the day after tomorrow you’ll notice that it’s not even the last of the package. Be that as it may, GCN Daisy’s ship reproposes his ingenious idea: is it possible to create a tailor-made track on the place where it is set, rather than adapting the location to the level design? The aforementioned Flipper has succeeded, let’s see how the luxury cruise fares in its third appearance in the series.

- Layouts: It starts with a crossroads, but one road is as good as another. The two ways reunite on the circular pool: you see whether to risk swimming among the Goombas or go around it. On the right you will find the long hairpin bend downhill to the left. The straight on board the ship precedes the lounge, where you will have to turn left slightly to continue on the second straight, this time diagonal. Watch out for the object cubes and the diners, which swing left and right depending on the (presumed) inclination of the ship. Turn right and then left, where you will have to choose whether to dive into the (relative) underwater shortcut or proceed along the corridor. The underwater section features two item cubes jealously guarded by shells. Otherwise, if you haven’t dived, turn left again and then right, skirting the exit from the shortcut. Turn right and follow the straight uphill.
- Assessment: Daisy’s ship ages like wine. Time passes for all circuits in the series, but those that receive the least “updates” between one return and another are always the best. Aside from the soaked Goombas, the track is identical to how it was in Mario Kart 7. There will be a reason. 9/10.
Wii Lunar Highway | Drive the tracks and tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
For myself Mario Kart Wii it is perhaps one of the least inspired episodes of the series in terms of level design, but a second chance is not denied to anyone. And so, beating worthy tracks such as Mushroom Town from Double Dash!!here it comes back Wii Lunar Highway. Will it be as fans of the sixth chapter remember it? Let’s find out together.

- Layouts: We start with a straight line, which won’t last. Turn first right and then left, paying attention to the traffic: this also includes the Bob-Omba cars seen in N64 Toad Highway. Turn right again and continue zigzagging along the semi-straight road. Turn right and left again to access the section of the ring road after the bridge. One toll booth is as good as another: each of them acts as… trailblazer for turbo footpegs. In general, you will pass the last section of the track curving to the right, between turbo platforms and central reservations. Leaving the ring road, you will find the finish line on the straight.
- Assessment: The restyling work carried out is sufficient, but is penalized by the comparison with the monumental restoration seen in the aforementioned Toad Highway. Very “political” vote this time. 7/10.
Run to the bathroom
And we conclude with the last track among the tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe worthy of appearing in the latest Nintendo Direct: we allude to Run to the bathroom. Perhaps drawing inspiration from frequent fan creations with Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, the geniuses of the Grande N have seen fit to set a race in a bathroom full of open taps. Or maybe it’s a nod to Mario and Luigi’s origin story in the animated film? We will never know.

- Layouts: The initial straight will drop you into the sink. Expect lots of underwater sections, of course. Continue straight up to the ramp, then turn left. The second ramp will send you on the straight into the pool: if you are able to land on one of the balloons at the bottom, a nice trick could come out of it. Continue down the drain and turn left, where you will notice the Sganassotec da ring Odyssey. Follow the bend to the right and exit: on the next bend to the left you will find puddles of soap on the sides, to be avoided. There is a ramp to the right for a trick if you like. The straight will take you to a gliding ramp: the toilet bowl you fly over will overflow in the second and third laps, allowing you to perform a trick to land on the elevated shortcut on the right. After the planing, the regular road ends with a right bend, a hairpin bend to the left and a final turn to the right.
- Assessment: It’s nothing to aim for a miracle, but Rush to the bathroom is still an original and well-crafted track. Admittedly, the en-plein of Yoshi Island was impossible to replicate with this track, but we appreciate the bizarre digression. 8/10.
